How Municipalities Create Revenue from Waste to Energy Technology

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) upholds strict laws like the Clean Water Act which regulates new pollutants in sewage sludge. Regulations require that such wastes be dumped in landfills, composted, or incinerated.
